Are you concerned with water resource management in Atlantic Canada?
On March 26 and March 27, the inaugural Atlantic Canada W.A.T.E.R.* Symposium & Planning Forum (*Watershed, Assessment, Technology, Education & Research) will be held at NSAC. Photo of the Day

Feb.8 - Feb.12 was International Development Week. In celebration, NSAC hosted two speakers. Kendra Mellish, former NSAC student, relayed gripping tales of her experience in Ghana as a CIDA-funded "Students for Development" intern with the Developing Rural Entrepreneurs project. Kendra is shown here with a crocodile at the famous Paga crocodile ponds, now an ecotourism destination, in northen Ghana.
Jean McCardle, senior analyst for the Afghanistan Pakistan Task Force of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), spoke to Greg Cameron's first year Political Science class. A great turnout of additional NSAC staff, students and faculty also attended to learn more about CIDA's development role in Afghanistan. Thanks to all involved.
