Services for Libraries - Lending
Requests for material held at the MacRae Library are to
be sent to the Document Delivery Department. We use the
Relais Enterprise system and are members of the Atlantic
Scholarly Information Network (ASIN). Requests are preferred
in machine readable format (i.e. Relais, VDX, or Amicus).
Requests via email, fax and mail are accepted but libraries
using these methods to request regularly from the MacRae
Library will be asked to use the ASIN web forms. Login information
will be provided. Urgent telephone requests are accepted.
Pre-registration is required. Please contact Document Delivery
staff.
Lending Policies
Books
• Will lend for 3 weeks use. No renewals.
• Government documents, reference, films, rare/Special
Collections materials, sound recordings, and materials from
the insect museum are non-circulating
Periodicals/Serials/Journals
• Non-circulating only
