The Career Services Office provides an alumni
referral service to employers. As positions come available through
the year, resumes from alumni files are reviewed to identify
prospective candidates. Alumni are contacted and resumes are
forwarded to employers.
Alumni are encouraged to:
always have an up-to-date resume on
file at the Career Services Office.
regularly monitor the job list maintained
by the Career Services Office to identify positions they would
like to be considered for (the office can often forward your
resume to the employer on your behalf).
report job changes promptly to the Career
Services Office. It is helpful if the office staff always
has current contact information on alumni.
You may be in a good position but still interested
in being advised about other interesting opportunities. NSAC's
Career Service to alumni isn't just for new grads still seeking
first positions.
