Individuals or groups can reserve areas on the campus or in the botanical gardens for appropriate use by contacting Conference Services at 893-7519.
When a reservation is made, a use permit will be issued. The party should bring the use permit with them to demonstrate their right to use the area if another group is present.
Reservations do not include any set-up, reserved parking, or access to other campus buildings.
