The Dining Room & Riverview Room

Jenkins Hall, conveniently located next to Cumming Hall and the residences, provides the setting for cafeteria services, banquets, receptions and barbecues.  This modern, wheelchair accessible facility has the capacity to seat groups of 5 - 250.  The main dining room is divided into a front section that seats 260 and a back area called the Riverview Room which accommodates approximately 140. 

The dining room overlooks the picturesque Salmon River Valley.  From May - September we are pleased to add a barbecue facility to our many other services on the front patio.  This area is very private and features a lovely lush landscaping which lends itself so well to both formal and informal receptions.  Should inclement weather be a problem, the patio is connected to the Riverview Room by patio doors. 

The Lounge

If you are looking for something extra special, the Lounge offers an intimate
setting for up to 25 guests. This well - appointed room is ideal for small meetings
where food services are required.

Friendly, Efficient Staff

Our food service staff has the reputation of offering efficient, friendly service. The on-site management will be pleased to help you with all your catering needs, from traditional to something just a little bit different.  Due to the contractual agreement with our food service provider no outside catering is allowed on campus.  We will be happy to work with you and our catering team to ensure all your needs and wants are met.
