Facilities

The NSAC has many rooms to offer for accommoding your conference needs. Choose from a variety of meeting rooms, lecture theatres, and boardrooms. Each have unique characteristics, which make it easier to meet different requests.

Meeting Rooms

This classroom is located in Cox Institute, where all the rooms are air conditioned for your comfort. All of our rooms now come with the technologies needed for professional presentations. Meeting rooms come in a variety of sizes and set-ups.  Special set-ups are only offered during the May - August Conference Season. 

Boardrooms

This is the C.A. Douglas room located in Cumming Hall. Alumni Hall can also be booked through the Confernce Office.  These rooms can be outfitted for conference calls.

Lecture Theatres

The above lecture room is located in Haley Institute. These rooms are perfect for larger groups looking to use the multimedia units, which allow for computer based presentations.
