Weblearning
Resources Library focuses on web-based learning for higher education,
especially for at-distance, adult learners but has application for web-based
learning in general. The site attempts to informally catalogue the tools,
topics and issues of interest to those developing web-based learning
activities.
Instructional
Development for Distance Education is part of site developed by
Engineering Outreach, College of Engineering, University of Idaho. This
site is part of a 12 part series of guides designed to provide an overview
of topics associated with distance education.

A report produced by a committee struck by the Council of Ministers
of Education in Canada. This report outlines a number of recommendations
for development of on-line educational activity in Canadian Colleges

Committee for the Creative Use of Learning Technologies was created
by the University of British Columbia. It has some excellent information
about using learning technologies. You must create a user account before
you can access the site.
