GRADUATE STUDIES
After graduation with a Degree in Agricultural Economics
students have the opportunity to further their study at
the graduate level. Here are a few of the types of programs
available to Agricultural Economics Graduates*:
Master of Science (MSc.) - generally a two year research
program with thesis.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) – generally
a twenty month in length program with an Agricultural Economics
Degree.
Master of Development Economics (MDE) – generally
a two year program with a degree in agricultural economics.
*Students have the ability to enter other graduate programs
apart from the listed ones. Generally these programs are
longer in length because you may need to make up additional
baccalaureate courses because they are outside your undergraduate
focus.
PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS
There are several professional programs in which graduates
of Agricultural Economics are able to enter. A few examples
of these programs are:
