The Association of Universities and Colleges
of Canada is the voice of Canada's universities. We represent
90 Canadian public and private not-for-profit universities
and university-degree level colleges. |
Association
of Atlantic Universities (AAU) |
The Association of Atlantic Universities is a voluntary
association of the 17 universities in the Atlantic region
and in the West Indies which offer programmes leading to
a degree or have degree-granting status. |
Atlantic
Agriculture Hall of Fame (AAHOF) |
The Atlantic Agricultural Hall of Fame was established
as a means of honouring individuals in Atlantic Canada for
their contribution to the development of the Agricultural
industry in Atlantic Canada. |

The faculty, students, and graduates of the Atlantic Veterinary
College at the University of Prince Edward Island devote
themselves to the advancement of the health of both animals
and humans through education, service, and research. NSAC
has special links to AVC. |

CARC provides leadership in coordination and networking
of research and technology transfer and is a catalyst for
building consensus on research prioritization in Canada. |

(CFAVM) |
The Canadian Faculties of Agricultural Sciences &
Veterinary Medicine is comprised of researchers, educators
and scientists from 12 of the most distinguished universities
across Canada, we are finding answers to national and global
issues of AGRICULTURE, FOOD, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT. The
members have supported and guided agricultural and veterinary
medicine for over 125 years. |

NSAC enjoys a special relationship with Dalhousie University,
one of Canada's leading universities. Dal is widely
recognized for outstanding academic quality and teaching,
and a broad range of educational and research opportunities.
The BSC (AGR) and MSC degree awarded at NSAC are in
association with Dalhousie. |

Scotia Department of Agriculture
Nova Scotia Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture |
NSAC continues to report to government through the Department
of Agriculture and Fisheries. This ongoing special relationship
gives NSAC direct access the many services of government. |

The Organic Agriculture Centre of Canada (OACC) conducts
organic farming research and provides knowledge transfer
and extension services for organic farmers.
